Great head office service, shame its not quite mirrored in the stores. Had 2 boxes of evo core left over, head office arranged for it to be picked up, but there is a pickup charge and 10% of value of flooring to pay (this is why not 5*) as already paid a delivery charge, with no option to return to a store. Also stores do not carry any sort of stock or accessories, seems a waste, as have to pay for another delivery!

But overall a pleasant company to deal with.

I am unable to get out and about to shop for new carpeting, so rely on online shopping. The Flooring Superstore website was excellent, easy to use, colours true to life, the option to obtain samples, and excellent pricing. The samples were received really quickly and we are now looking forward to a single trip to one store to order our new carpet. Thank you

Both staff Kasey and Ian very helpful with information about products. Answering all our questions. Flooring arrived on the day as promised within the time frame given. Delivery man Matthew was lovely, he was pleasantly cheerful and helpful with delivery. Recommendation for a floor fitter Richard with assurances for the quality of work to be carried out and a 12 month guarantee of workmanship. Fitter contacted and was given a start date for the job.

Overall experience very pleasant.
