Awful. I ordered flooring in June 2025 and paid for fitting. Fitting was really poor so I complained and the same fitters came out to rectify – still, a few issues and not fully resolved so continued to complain to customer services. A lot of back and forth trying to get the fitter back out but I had had enough and didn’t want the same fitters back. The store found a new fitter who has been really really good and done an excellent job sorting the poor fit and snags left by previous fitters. My flooring is now complete as of March 2026. Yes, it took that long. Delayed me getting the rest of decoration done and caused a lot of stress. I pushed for some sort of compensation but it was so small and would have cost me more to sort the flooring in the end! Felt I was trapped to stay with the company to sort but I was reluctant to pay any more money for something that I did not cause. Would not recommend at all. Stay clear and shop elsewhere.

Great service! This is my second time buying from the store. The flooring is beautiful, hard-wearing and easy to maintain. The delivery came within the timescale they gave me when I first ordered. When I got in touch to confirm the dates, as I opted for the eco delivery, I received prompt and polite responses. Even the delivery driver was very considerate. I would definitely recommend.
