Nial, our customer service consultant was just great. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various products and was able to advise us on the best combinations of carpet and underlay to achieve our desired end result. He was very pleasant and friendly, in a good way. We were also choosing hard flooring and he was again very knowledgable and able to explain the differences between various products, ensuring that when our chosen flooring is laid, we are happy with it. We felt that he went above and beyond for us and we were extrely grateful.

We were Mede feel really welcome a soon as we walked into the store. We knew what we wanted but we were unsure of the colour.but my wife and Kate worked through different colours and shades and came up with a great choice. When we went back to pay Kate was trying for probably 3/4 hour for the card machine to work. To no avail but with lots of perseverance and patience got the payment to go through. She is so experienced and knowledgeable and understanding. It felt like we were dealing with a friend. But I feel the company need to help her by making sure the equipment also works as well as she does.we would have no hesitation to return to store again if we need to in the future but will also highly recommend her to anyone we know looking for flooring in the future. Disliked the arrangements between sales / installer and customer. Sales staff have insufficient knowledge to assist customer in ordering ancillary items such as ramps or door bars. No consideration given to customer regarding removal and replacement of skirting boards and trimming off doors to accommodate new flooring. Installers should be in house trained and full time employees, failing that contractors should be supervised and/ or monitored throughout the installation process. The wood flooring is supposed to be waxed however it is not evident with the Boathouse Oak. After sales customer service agent Alivia has been understanding and considerate of the shoddy work provided by the allocated flooring contractor and consequently helped arrange remedial work. Alivia’s good service has elevated the trustpilot score from zero to three stars.
